Robert Godwin is happily married with four children and six grand children. He is a graduate of Springfield College with a BS degree in Human Services. He has certification in “Fitness and Wellness”, “CPR and First Aid”. He is also been N.S.C.A. Certified - (National Strength & Conditioning Association). Robert is knowledgeable in nutritional requirements and vitamin supplements. Bob has over twenty-five years of experience in personal training and exercise.
Robert is a “Master” in Woo Su Kung Fu and has trained countless individuals in the arts specifically in “Siamese Kung Fu.” Robert is a 4-time competitor in all-natural body building championships. Robert received the Masters Division Title in the all-natural body building competition in 1994.
Robert Godwin is the founder and president of Alpha Omega Community Service Center, Inc. a non-profit organization. Still in its infancy stages, AOC plans to provide community health, education and self-development programs to needy individuals and families.
